The Challenge
Finding qualified leads for a B2B AI chatbot agency is a highly manual and time-consuming process. The client, Boost Biz, needed a scalable way to identify local businesses—like dental offices, law firms, and restaurants—that were actively losing revenue due to poor customer communication or broken scheduling systems. Manually hunting through Yelp, Google Maps, and individual websites to read reviews and spot these specific "pain points" was slow and prone to human error. They needed an automated intelligence engine to find the right prospects and craft the perfect pitch.
The Solution
I architected an end-to-end data pipeline and AI analysis tool using n8n. The system starts with a simple trigger where the user inputs a target city and industry. From there, the automation takes over:
First, it seamlessly coordinates multiple web scrapers (via Apify) to pull a list of relevant local businesses from Yelp and Google Maps. It automatically crawls their websites to check for existing digital infrastructure and filters their customer feedback to isolate negative (1-3 star) reviews.
Next, this raw data is fed into an advanced AI Agent powered by LangChain. The AI acts as an elite B2B sales analyst: it maps the negative reviews to universal business pain points, calculates a Lead Opportunity Score, determines exactly which chatbot features would solve the business's unique problems, and drafts a hyper-personalized outreach email referencing their specific customer complaints.
